Black cab drivers in Leicester are to stage two more 'go slow' protests before Christmas in a row over proposed changes to penalty points.
The planned protests will take place today (Thursday 17 December) and again on Monday 21 December.
On both days, the protests will take place between 4-7pm with the aim of causing maximum rush-hour disruption to other road users in the run-up to the busy festive period.http://www.airporttaxiscoventry.co.uk/about-us/
